  Very disappointed. I turned up for my Saturday morning appointment to find the clinic closed. No way to contact anyone to find out why and nobody had advised me that my appointment had been cancelled. When I phoned on Monday morning the woman I spoke to was so rude and said someone had tried to call me on Friday. I explained that I wasn’t able to answer my personal phone while at work on Friday and asked why someone didn’t leave a voicemail informing me that my appointment was cancelled. I was told ‘they didn’t have the capacity to leave a message’. They have the capacity to let patients turn up to a closed clinic though.

  Not happy, brought my father in for an appointment this morning and his appointment had been set back a whole month without our knowledge. I actually called on the 15th Feb to confirm the appointment. They claimed somebody called on the 16th Feb to change appointment but its a mystery who. I just hope someone else's appointment wasn't stuffed up as well. Extremely displeased as I could have done something else this morning like go to work. As a result I've now been affected for 3 work days as I've had to shuffle other appointments and now will be approximately $500 out of pocket. Perhaps any future cancellations could be confirmed with follow up call to the actual patient. Finally thankyou to Donna for taking the time to do her best to fix it.
