  During lockdown. staff refused to accept the delivery of a flower arrangement for my 96 year old mother. They accepted the card though. Why?

  worse place to work. horrible horrible people if that is what they are.! afairs galore if that's what you want?favourtism and lies. they don't know how to lie straight!
